Beverley Davis

Beverley Davis currently splits her teaching duties at LPGA International in Daytona Beach, FL and Greenwich Country Club in Greenwich, CT.

After spending numerous years on the LPGA Tour, Beverley honed her teaching skills in both Florida and Vermont. From 2000-2006, Davis spent six winters as the Lead Instructor with the Ron Philo School of Golf in Amelia Island, FL and from 2001-2004, she spent three summers as the Director of Instruction at the Country Club of Vermont.

Her playing experience includes:

  • two top ten finishes on the LPGA Tour
  • named a two-time All American at the University of Florida
  • one of the country’s top 10 Female Amateur Golfers in America.

Her outstanding amateur career highlights included:

  • a win at the 1975 Trans-National Championship and
  • a runner-up finish to Nancy Lopez in the 1976 NCAA Championship
  • joining the LPGA Tour in 1980.

Her most recent professional tournament highlights include:

  • a win in the 2005 LPGA Teaching and Club Professional (T&CP) Southeast Section Team Championship,
  • a 14th place finish in the 2004 LPGA T&CP National Championship and
  • a 3rd place finish in the 2006 LPGA T&CP Northeast Sectional Championship.

Beverley brings her enthusiasm and spirit to her teaching, as well as a wealth of stories about her competitive experiences.
